She helped me keep all the documentation organized, and always had a copy of something I couldn't find.  She supervised the remodel of one of the houses for which the builder I hired was dragging their feet, she stayed on top of the job until it was done, and done correctly. We found her highly knowledgeable and responsive through out our entire house sale process: which became quite bumpy as it was during the pandemic shutdown, mold was found in the inspection, and other issues.   Nancy made calls to set remediations, and never avoided a situation that called for action.  Communication with her was never a problem: we knew if we reached out to her she would be back with us within the hour (or less).  I highly recommend Nancy as she is competent, professional, and highly experienced.
